SouthStar Urgent Care - Shreveport

Dr. Gary Sayre was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly to me. He listened attentively to my concerns and genuinely showed care about my well-being.. I appreciate how thorough he was with explaining my health concerns and treatment options. The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease whenever i walked in. Mrs. Deleica was kind, and gentle. The entire staff was so helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Mrs. Lakita is very sweet and very respectful. Their Office is very efficient, which made my visit smooth and easy. Treatment was perfect. No complaints!!

The best urgent care to visit. I would call them before I call 911🤣🤣🤣 but no really the staff is amazing and leave out feeling heard and with an understanding of whats going on. You know how you stand in line ready to be cashed out and the cashier checks you and you leave there's no communication or nothing well here they listen and make sure you understand and feel better

This was such a pleasurable experience considering I was feeling like crud. My visit was quick, but very thorough. Everyone was amazing, friendly and helpful from the lady who checked me in, to the nurse and most importantly the Doctor I saw. I’m sure they’d had a very long day and I came in at the very end; but you would never have known. They all had smiles on their faces and treated me I’m sure as well as they did everyone before me. I’m 59 years old and can honestly say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. Not that I’m looking forward to a next time, but if and when I need to go to an Urgent Care again, this will most certainly be my first choice, and who I’ll recommend to others.

My visit at southstar urgent care here in Shreveport was wonderful. It’s easy to book appointments. The staff members here are friendly and caring. I was seen on time for my scheduled appointment. The staff listens to your concerns and needs. They address them as needed. Thank you southstar urgent care🥰
