Southside Pediatric Center

I’m giving this reading for My younger self. This doctors office is absolutely amazing. The staff is like family to us. Every time that I had to be seen in my sister had to be seen and now that I’m expecting my own little one I’m definitely making this my child’s pediatrician.

Nobody answers the phone. I’m trying to get my son seen and I’ve called 3 times the first call someone answered, didn’t say anything, I heard typing, I said hello and they hung up. Whoever is in the front office shouldn’t be there. Terrible customer service.

This place is a disaster. The service is terrible; to get the physical exam form you have to wait up to two months with no results.

I took my granddaughter there. The room we were placed in had mold all over the walls. The floors were very dirty, after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes, she was crying inconsolably so we left without being seen. Worst experience in a Dr office!

I’m sorry but I give them one start because They never answer the phone calls or nothing supposed they were going to call me for my lab works, but they never called me. I have to went to the pediatric office to get my results. as well the change your appointments schedule when is your appointment once you get in the office they say sorry but we had to change your appointment for another day and they never call you for that.
