My appointment was for a cleaning and instead of doing it they did something completely different and they take a long time everything my appointment was at 4:30 and I got called in at 5:10

Big fat zero. I wish i read ALL these terrible reviews before choosing this dentist. I need a specific procedure done. BOTH times the doctor cancelled my appt LAST minute. 1 hour before the appt. Both times i had already left work losing my income for that day from leaving early. Ive been dealing with this since November So long in fact my insurance changing changed. So by her cancelling twice on me i now have a huge ( deductible $3k). I begged her office to not cancel to help me get the work done before the insurance change. I was tethered to her for so many months only to be screwed in the end. I found her being reliable with the scheduled appts cost me a tom of out if pocket costs i cant afford. And I HAVE to get the work done. All i can hope is she reads this and unders

Told me I couldn’t make an appointment because they don’t speak English

This unethical, unprofessional, piece of s.... dentist attempted to charge me $100 for a copy of a referral. She supposedly couldn't give me a copy because they were handwritten. WHAT?? I tried calling back a few minutes later and no one would pick up. Called from a different number and they picked up, how odd, unless you are evading my call. Then the changed to I'll give you the referral but you have to come in for a consultation. I told her i didn't want a consultation. I had no interest in seeing her. It was irrelevant to the referral. The the story turned into she had to do new xrays that it had been six months. Except I saw her on April 26, 2023. I had a bridge that detached in april 1st. She made me wait 26 days to glue it, and it detached again in an hour. Today is july 19th. less t

They over lap appointments it gets so packed and mind u it’s only one actual dentist working here and she thinks everyone speaks Spanish they took X-rays at 10:22 my appointment for 10am and I’m still waiting here mind u it almost 11am it’s 10:50 a whole hr I have a baby sitter I need to pay no more money because they can’t keep my things on time I came in last year pregnant with wisdom tooth pain y I still have my wisdom teeth and biting my cheeks is beyond me I’ve been told to wait and they keep telling me to wait I just want a referral I don’t get one today ima go to the ER get them pulled and I’m never coming back here again ya just lost a customer keep over booking appointment I’m sure I won’t be the only one tired of the way they run their business just look at ya reviews ya suck !!!
