I honestly do not know where all these negative reviews are coming from. my kids have been well taken care of with no issues at all. From receptionists, nurses, doctors, they have all been nice to my family. i have been with them for almost 3 year and have never left any reviews. thought it's about time i did because they have a very good team who will take care of your kid with no issues. environment is clean which is a plus. try them you will not regret it.

Please do not bring your children to this pediatric office! I felt very uncomfortable with how Dr. George treated my son. Also during my sons annual physical my son was asked if he likes boys, girls or if he’s not sure yet. As a Christian that question is against my religious beliefs. They have no right to ask such a personal question to any child without a parents prior consent. My son was only 10 years old and was extremely confused and embarrassed. I was disgusted and shocked. The office has no ethical values or morals. They should be investigated on how they perform physicals and the inappropriate questions that they ask such young children. It was very disturbing. I was also asked to leave the room so the doctor could be left alone with my son which I refused. Only God knows what else

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My child was going to this office and we tolerated them for way too long. We moved my child’s care to CCMC. Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Farmington. So we ask for his medical record to be sent to CCMC. We were told ok but were not sending the whole record!!!! Excuse me? It’s State Law that Dr offices send all records to the next Dr when changing offices. Oh so they are also trying to charge us per page for a total of$136.00 for the record. We aren’t asking for the records for our personal file. That’s when I agree you pay for it. But Dr office to Dr office it’s law to send the complete record and there is no charge. This place is crazy.

this office was coverage for NB pediatrics and the APRN was great with her, very thorough and attentive. however, when i called this office for the first time ever today i had an issue with the receptionist. i had asked for a note so my daughter can take her medication in the morning with her teacher since she takes time to eat and doesnt eat right away. (which i shouldnt have to explain) the response from the receptionist was "why dont you just give it to her yourself" which is absurd and unprofessional (if it was that easy this phone call wouldnt have been made) then i get a phone call from a manager who then proceeds to say "why didnt you ask the provider when you were in the office" instead of helping me they continued to be unprofessional asking me questions instead of just saying "o
