Southington Care Center

I love everything about Southington care center. I have been a rehab patient a couple times and I also come here for outpatient rehab. Everyone is very attentive, the food is good. I would recommend this facility to anyone!!

If you want your family member to have the best care that can be given you must get them into Southington care center in Southington, Connecticut. My husband was a patient here for three months for rehab and he has rehab so wonderfully. We’re leaving for home today. I can’t stress enough to try to get into this facility.

Just went to visit a family member who's doing rehab there and was appalled by the experience. I worked in healthcare and have great respect for health care workers but I've never in my life witnessed some of the things that go on there. First of all my family members care was up to par at all. I attribute it to the obvious short staffing. It doesn't help that one aid the entire time I was there was watching tv completely dismissive of visitors and patients. I even saw a member of maintenance delivering meals like nobody else could do that?? The kicker for me was a very nice aid who did have a conversation with me but felt comfortable with me even though we have never met to make racist and ageist jokes as if that's normal and I would cosign that I was so offended I had to come here and le

Southington care was the best for my grandma, from the care staff, to the food service staff, to even the cleaning staff. The CNA that loves to dance and sing while the residents eat is just the cutest and the best thing to watch as they all sing together. The girls from the food service staff are the kindest and the funniest and know how to put a smile on my grandmas face.The cleaning staff that also brighten everyone’s day. my grandma loves it here.

My grandmother was there for two years. She recently passed away there. It was the most wonderful experience from the moment she got there until the moment she passed away. The entire staff was fantastic, from all her nurses to the administrators, to the people that took care of food, and cleaning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her end of life. Everyone truly cared about her and our family! Thank you to everyone there you are all amazing and we love you
