I had a great experience at Southgate Physician Urgent Care. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient from the moment I walked in. I was treated with respect and genuine concern, and the provider took the time to listen to me and thoroughly explain everything. The care I received made me feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful situation. The facility was clean, organized, and the overall process was smooth. I truly appreciate the compassion and attention I was given. I would absolutely recommend Southgate Physician Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and quality medical care.

I love the staff! From walking in all the way to being checked out it’s always good energy, listening to your issues you’re having and getting you situated the best they can. Been coming here for years and don’t plan on going anywhere else for quick care! 11/10

The office is very quick, and sufficient. The secretary was pleasant and welcoming. Doctor is knowledgeable, respectful and got me in and out. Office is clean and professional every time I visit.

Everyone in the establishment is kind and attentive. Garret Dr. Khan, & Dr. Kathy are forever my kids’ favorites making sure they’re happy and comfortable with every visit and Garret is super helpful when I go in with all 3 of my littles. 💜

Love this urgent care. The doctor is knowledgeable and has a great memory! The staff is great. Garrett was amazing today, I cannot thank him enough. I am always in and out quickly.
