Corewell Health Urgent Care - Southgate

It's my first time back here since their name changed to "Corewell Health". They made a few decor updates in the waiting area. It's clean, bright, and refreshed. I scheduled a call ahead appointment on-line. They say to arrive 10-15 minutes early anyway. They did not call me in the back for approximately 30 minutes. There was 1 lady in the waiting area when I arrived. She was not being seen. After the initial 30 minutes of waiting, it was my turn. The M.A. called me to the room, took all my vitals, asked all appropriate questions, then went to get the P.A. The P.A. was very nice. Asked about my pain level, and a few other pertinent questions, then performed a hands-on physical exam She was going to confer with her doctor associate at the hospital, then get back to me. She was gone a long

Having an issue with my right ear, I was treated by Three of the most caring professionals at this site My MA Holly with a knowledge of ENT understood my issue and next in the door, My PA who went to work on me and I believe the other MA was Jess. All three had smiles and kind words spoken along with being a Team. They fixed me up!! They are the Best of the Best. I will always suggest to people when they have a medical issue. This is the go to place Thank You Ladies!!!

Everyone is extremely kind from the moment you walk in until you walk out. They’re thorough and quick to provide you with care. There’s also the convenience of prescheduling and of getting your rx filled while there. I haven’t been to an urgent care in many, many years so it takes me a lot to feel the need to be seen. I wouldn’t be fearful or anxious to visit again. Thank you for your kindness!

What a nice place. It was clean and quiet. The ladies were exceptional! They took care of me like I was their grandma. If I need to go to an urgent care. This is the one I’ll use. We even had a few laughs. It helped me to relax. I have a broken bone in my foot. Thank you again.

Took my 1yr old son in for a cough, this was the fastest I think we’ve ever been seen! In and out very efficient. Staff is warm and welcoming and super helpful. Doc was great! 10/10 would recommend
