I meet Dr. Brooks and he was very polite and very determined to make sure I had surgery. And I did but before we had surgery he took a few minutes and he did pray for him, us, and the staff. Even after the procedure he came him to check on me and called my husband right away to let him know everything went fine. He's definitely a kind and caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Brooks and your staff.

My mother had an appointment at 3:40. Got called back exactly at that time. The staff were genial; especially Dr. Brooks' assistants, Regina and Denise. Couldn't ask for more.

First Visit was not impressionable. Caught in traffic on 75 to get to appointment. Called receptionist to inform I was running about 5 minutes from my appointment time late. When I arrived 12 minutes late I was refused appointment time. Though I called I should have been informed before arrival. Customer service was not genuine as I took off from work and missed a day off for traffic delay? How fair is this to the patients. Lack of empathy for patients

I don't agree with the bad comments. I started seeing Dr. Brooks in 2007 -2022. I was getting injections every six weeks. I have never seen anyone rude. Most of the time we were out less than hour.

I have never been to a doctor's office that was so rude and unfriendly. They refused to let me go in with my 90 year old mother even though I told them she needed my assistance and would not understand anything explained to her. It took over 2 hours for her appointment with me sitting in my car the whole time. They scheduled her next appointment for an injection for the following month. I took her to that appointment and again was denied access to go with her. Another 2 hours in my car only for her to come out and tell me they didn't give her the injection because they messed up and scheduled her one day to early. (You have to wait 30 days between shots). I have not been impressed with this office at all.
