Southern Star Pharmacy - East Dallas

I have used every single big name pharmacy available in the country and decided to give Southern Star a shot. This is by far, hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy, ever. Keitrick is the exact definition of what courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and kind is. I will be transferring our families prescriptions here and if you are looking new pharmacy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southern Star Pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy already twice to get prescriptions filled. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my insurance getting a prescription filled and one of the representative from the pharmacy took the time in explaining what was the issue and how to get it resolved. They resolved my insurance issue and my prescription was filled and covered by the insurance. They really make you feel that they care about your health and making sure you get your prescription on time by either picking them in person or offer you free delivery. I will definitely continue to you this pharmacy and would recommend it to other's.

They called saying the medication was ready for pick up. When I got there, they said they were out and had to order more and gave me a couple days supply to hold me over until their order is in. That is absolutely unacceptable for a pharmacy. I've had nothing but bad experiences. They don't pick up the phone. They don't adhere to their hours of service. Just don't.

Absolutely love Southern Star Pharmacy- they are so kind, helpful and always knowledgeable. Never had a pharmacy that will deliver your Rx to your house!!!! This was my first time using Southern Star Phamarcy located in Denton and I was not disappointed! The pharmacist is the kindest and most helpful man. He stayed a little past closing to help answer my questions and order a few medicines that he didn't have enough of. The next morning, he called to notify me that they were in stock and I could pick them up. You DON'T get that kind of personalized service at the big name pharmacies! He earned my business for as long as I'm in Denton, TX.
