Southern Regional Medical Center

Today I had an amazing experience from reception to the seeing the Doctor in the ER!! They took my vitals immediately and the wait time was 3 minutes or less! I was really impressed! The Doctor was so professional and caring! He was patient and ask questions that helped him to determine how to help me. He was on point and very knowledgeable! I felt safe in his care..People don't sleep on Southern Regional! They are meeting the needs of the community and making great stride! This was one of the best experiences I've had since coming to Southern Regional! Oh..my last visit was not good! Just keeping it real! However, I've had more experiences that were good than not!! From my Dr.Nwawka to the entire staff that was there during my labor/delivery and recovery were awesome. They were so patient and everyone made sure I was well informed on anything they came in to speak to me about. I want to give a special thanks to Nurse O, that’s what she wanted me to call her, I am so appreciative of you and grateful to have had you in my corner. And I just loved how you made sure to stop by and visit me before we were discharged and how spoke life over our baby boy. And a big shout out to my Dr.Nwawka thank you so much I felt so safe during the entire operation and thank you for making sure my husband was comfortable before you wheeled me into the Or. I appreciate the entire staff for a safe delivery.

I came into the e.r. Having an asthma attack, I came into the E.R. round 5 in the morning, having a bad asthma attak, and they put me on a breathing machine. The mask was tite and it seemed like it was not helpin at all. i could not breeth ya'll. Then new workers came in, i guess new nurses. This guy came in was my respitory tech. He actually listened to me and fixed my mask an it was good y'all and did something on the machine that help me breethe better. I don;t know what he did but it worked. All I could remember at the time was his socks an feelin relieved. They took up stairs after the resptory guy gave me a few treatments. The nurses in the e.r. was nice and kind and they reallly showed they care for me. I felt safe and in good hands until night came, the nurses didnt answer my cal

I had an amazing experience at Southern Regional Medical Center. The entire staff was absolutely tremendous in helping me deliver my baby boy. From the moment I arrived, the nurses, doctors, and support team made me feel safe, cared for, and truly supported. They were patient, attentive, and comforting through every step of my labor and delivery. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed me and my baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you for making such an important moment in my life feel smooth and well taken care of. 💙👶🏽

I recently spent 2 days at the southern regional medical center in Atlanta, georgia. I was very pleased with the care I received from each and every doctor and nursee. They were very professional and caring, with great "bedside" manners. If the need should ever arise again, I would definitely go back there again.
