Southern Primary & Urgent Care - Union City

I went to this urgent care and had a terrible experience. I sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged. Multiple nurses and staff members walked past me without saying a word or offering any help. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. I eventually had to walk out and go elsewhere to receive care.

I had to give a star in order to give my review. I have high bp and I’m a diabetic, I also suffer from migraine headaches.. From the front desk to the phlebotomist is where I will start. Very rude and disrespectful. When coming to any Doctor the staff plays a major part in your journey. The attitude and rudeness is unacceptable. I’ve started recording from the sign in process to the lab work and nurse sessions. Please don’t come here nor allow your family members. Today’s my last day coming here. When I seen how poorly the front desk girl appearance was I should’ve known then that I couldn’t take this office seriously.

I’ve been waiting on the nurse or Doctor to call be back since yesterday! My Bp has been dropping very low and I’m very weak! I’ve told them for two days this is urgent and to please let the Dr or nurse know! The new meds that they have me on may be too much.. I never get a response from the office until I make a review! This is unbelievable. I haven’t been able to go to work in two days because I’m extremely low on energy. If I go to the ER they always get me stable and refer me to my Dr. it’s serious and dangerous for my Bp to be up and down like this!!!

Dr. Erica and her office are phenomenal. I had to come last year for an emergency while pregnant and they took very good care of me. I just left Getting my child sports physical and the facility is still awesome and clean. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time using UC Urgent Care and they were amazing. They were very polite, thorough and expedient. Were we able to speak with the front desk attendant that provided exceptional customer service and when we were called the physician nurses and staff paid attention to request and details. Thank you all for an amazing experience
