Christian City Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I visited Christian City, Rehab facility In Union City, Georgiaon yesterday. I was very impressed when I walked in the door with the information booth. The lady was very knowledgeable and detailed of my loved one location and how to get to her. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. I received a call from them today Mariam and they had a team of people already assigned to care for my loved one all of them including Andy from Nursing and the Social Worker was present… all of them were detailed…knowledgeable and informative about what was going on with my loved one and they were also giving me all the detailed information I needed so that she could receive the proper care that she needs. This facility was very easy to access and they are on every aspect of her care

The dietary team is the best. Our serve is beyond exceptional. We have many residents and families that leave very happy our our care, our food and the exceptional service they receive.

Christian City has provided an excellent home for my mom. The staff has provided excellent and professional custom service. Everyone greets you with a smile and friendly hello. My mom is on the 5th floor and the entire staff from the housekeeping, cnas,and nurses have been exceptional. I am very pleased with the treatment that my mom has received there. I am very thankful that I can trust my mother's wellbeing care there.

My Aunt was sent her for rehab and I was very nervous about the decision. I’m so happy that I did not intercept this decision. The rehab is top notch! My aunt is now back home and living her best life! When we enter the building I was expecting that nursing home feel and smell but I was very shock to see that it was the total opposite. Floors were clean and the facility actual looked and smelled amazing. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Christian City has definitely became my extended family. The Administrator was very welcoming and inviting. She is very involved in the care of the patients which this warmed my heart to see. Kudos to the staff. Caring for people is not easy but you guys show up everyday and make it happen. You guys rock!

My mother was admitted to Christian City Skilled Nursing Facility on December 2, 2025 and discharged on December 27, 2025 During her stay, she was scheduled to receive physical therapy five days a week. Unfortunately, she was discharged with noticeably less strength than when she was admitted, which raises serious concerns about whether physical therapy was consistently or effectively provided. The facility itself is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained; however, the quality of care did not meet expectations. Many staff members appeared to lack adequate training, compassion, and empathy. My mother was unable to walk independently, which prevented her from participating in activities unless a family member was present to assist her. This significantly limited her engagement and overal
