Crystal Bales and her staff go above and beyond for their patients. I have been a patient of Crystal’s since going to Southern Primary Care for close to five years now. I love their new location here on Ingleside and from the moment you walk in the door you feel very welcomed and cared for. They always, and I repeat, always answer their phones. What a pleasant change from being sent to a call center and waiting many hours for a return call. Crystal takes time to listen and treat you not just as a patient, but as a person or friend. Every visit has been a positive experience. She is a kind and caring health care provider and her staff are all amazing and willing to help any way they can. They all make you feel very comfortable. I am truly thankful for Crystal and her amazing staff. They actually pick up the phone and call you back if you have any concerns. It feels like home when you are entering the office. The receptionist is such a sweetheart and is very attentive.It's extremely clean and always smell great. I've never had a provider who actually listens and care about their patients until I met Crystal. Thanks for all you do ❣️
