From the moment I walked into Dr. Metha’s office I knew I found the most smart, kind carrying team in healthcare. Check in with Maria was seamless and check out with Alyssa was quick and informative. Both very kind women. Dr. Mehta took time to hear my questions and concerns, and he answered them all brilliantly in relatable language. Of course Nurse Cheri was thorough, kind and just plain lovely! Highly recommend SNHMC Nephrology and Hypertension to all.

My experience from checking-in to nurse to Dr to checking-out was all great. Each step has been on time, no waiting, pleasant demeanor across the board. The office staff were efficient,, the nurse attentive, asking questions relevant questions and communicating clearly. Dr Mehta was thorough and assured me of my health situation, answering all questions. Great place for great care.

The office staff was very welcoming and helpful regarding checking in, confirming all insurance coverage, and also checking out including making new appointments. Dr. Songna (nephrologist) was very knowledgeable and personable. Her skills were not only wide in breath but also deep with current treatments.

Julianna was wonderful today! What was supposed to be a quick appt to check my BP machine turned into an hour and one half. Julianna was kind and supportive while checking my machine vs the office, connecting with Dr F to get my medication changed, and assisting me to find a new BP machine. Thank you!! And apologies to other patients that she didn't get to see today.

First time at this office. Took my elder mother for appt with Dr Fitzpatrick. Staff was accommodating to her needs. Dr. Fitzpatrick did a good job explaining so she understood. The discussion was very thorough.
