Staff was friendly and kind, went after work 15 minutes before they closed and they did not make me feel rushed or unwanted. Dr. Wu was a blessing. Proper diagnosis and speedy prescription. Even calling to make sure the pharmacy would be open and suggested which to go to so I could start getting better same day.

This is specifically for the PHP program. Intake: I was asked to arrive early for intake for an appointment at 9am. I came at 8:45am and was asked to wait in the lobby. I was there until 9:10 I think. Turns out the security guard never told them i arrived. This already put a bad taste in my mouth. Next I informed my intake team i was having withdrawals from a prescribed medication as my psychiatrist didn’t properly wean me off. I was told i could get psychiatric help, nope. Because thats their policy since i have a psychiatrist, but they will schedule a new psychiatrist appointment. Ok fine. I was never really explaining what the program is, what we are working on, or how it would help my current situation. I was told the program length can be 5,7, or 10 days. When i asked how long i ne

I, too, come here as my first option for circumventing long waits at the emergency room and at my PCP’s office. I love the entire experience with the receptionists, nurses, and doctors. They have always performed thorough diagnosis and prescribed the proper treatment (which, in my opinion, is a sign of competence). They were even instrumental in helping to diagnose my cancer early on! In addition to competence, I have experienced professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and compassion at this facility (towards my family and me). I really can’t speak highly enough of them and would definitely refer family and friends here.

They charged me $5,000 dollars for letting me wait sitting without medical attention. In a single day 3 charges $5,000 and something $430 and something, and $230 and something. When I call customer service you do not know how to explain in the least. I recommend that you check your emergency area cameras so that you can see how many hours since I arrived I was sitting in a chair without any attention and without using your bed I spoke twice with my doctor, they not gave me nothing for pain, nothing but an exam that they made me for which I do not really know what the charge is because there are two exams that do not really exist. I only received one and they are charging me because they took my health insurance and they registered me in their system but I did not enter any room I was sitti
