I recently had a planned outpatient surgery at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in January and had an excellent experience. My surgeon had a cancellation, and I was able to schedule my procedure in under a week, which I really appreciated. The scheduling process was easy, and the pre-op instructions from both my primary doctor and surgeon were clear and thorough. The day of surgery ran smoothly from start to finish. The facility was clean and efficient. My pre-op nurse, Tam, was fantastic — informative, professional, and even brought some humor that helped ease my nerves. At Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine, every team member — including doctors, physician assistants, nurses, nursing assistants, and customer service representatives — is consistently dedicated and compassionate. They genuinely prioritize patient well-being, ensuring personalized care and attention. There is no test, X-ray, or bloodwork they would refuse if it benefits the patient. I have relied on Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine for nearly 20 years, and throughout that time, I’ve experienced their unwavering commitment firsthand, regardless of which provider I see. This clinic truly exemplifies exceptional healthcare and compassionate service.

Nurses are absolutely amazing but the doctors. Doctors need some more work, especially bed side manor. There is also no sense of urgency to wanting to get a patient out and home. Took over 4 hours for my fiance to get discharged all while everyone was talking and not even working on patients. Definitely not coming back here and this is the place that helped make us a family, that's means nothing to me now since I have seen how this hospital actually treats patients and loved ones.

It's a terrible experience I had in this place. I needed 2 times the emergency room in the same week due to my wife being pregnant, the reception was even acceptable the delay in care, the screening took a long time to happen but in the 2 times the extremely attentive staff, blood tests were done without problem. Medical care was desired. A pity, a lack of interest in working. 2 different doctors, on different days and the same behaviors, total disregard, without the slightest empathy.

I had surgery yesterday and I received excellent care. From the moment I entered the area for prep to my release, every single person was professional and caring . They were very clear about what was going to happen to me before they preformed any procedure. They were pleasant and always a greeting with a smile. I want to thank the pre op staff, post op PT staff, and the OR staff for the profession and caring treatment. It sure made my day easier and positive. I look forward to having the second knee done at SNHMC. Thanks again to all the staff.
