I’ve never left a bad review about a doctors office in my life but after 5 years going to this office I have to. Dr Kumar is excellent as are two of the nurses. But getting past the office staff is a nightmare. I have had a few unsettling conversations over petty things and just blew it off. While sitting in the waiting room over the years I heard many convos with patients that were completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. I’ve had appointments canceled last minute or showed up only to be told they couldn’t find my appointment. Today was the final straw. I’ll miss the Dr but the gatekeeping office staff who contradicts themselves to justify their behavior and makes it such an unpleasant experience isn’t worth it.

Educated me throughly, felt listened too and never rushed. Made me feel much better and prepared about my child's care and condition. Highly recommend this office

Do not end up in the hospital sick, because this place will discharge you from their office faster then you can think. Unprofessional at its finest. I only missed one appointment this year in 2023 and they said it’s been a twelve month of three no shows?!? How…

Dr. Kumar is amazing. They got both my daughter and I in very quickly when no one else would for our asthma after pulmonologist left Elliot. Most thorough asthma exam ever and was very reassuring that I would get back to my normal kick butt self. Thank you Dr. Kumar and staff. As a nurse I highly recommend this practice.
