His doctor is absolutely amazing and my 2 year old loves her. My problem is with the fact that I have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone about scheduling an appointment. It's normally always packed and most of the time wait times are long. But the staff there is always very polite and I never have any other problems. This for me is more of a short term pediatrician until I find a good place to take him because I would rather find an office with better availability and quicker response times especially for a sick child. Again everyone there is really great it's just the wait times that are an issue for me

Worst place to go ever, they do not care about their patients they rush appointments, smart mouths , very unprofessional, they need to be shut down if I’m being honest. They need to get rid of current staff except the African American representative she’s the only nice one there. These doctors ignore your questions/concerns.

Holding on line for more then 1 hr to make an appointment sucks

Shut the clinic down theres no way ill be threaten for my life if i was to come get my medicine for my health condition they dont need it

There waits are long but that's because there are not many options out here in the country. The nurse practitioners and drs. Have always treated me wonderfully..and always been good with referrals..and telling me to take care of my self. They are kind. Good vibes. And I think they work very hard. ☺️ I could have switched to a closer place by now but they do a good job. The eye Dr is nice too when he's there.
