Southern Family Urgent Care

This urgent care is amazing, the people are so nice, and even though it is an urgent care, they still take the time to fully talk to you and answer questions and concerns. I never felt rushed by Amanda or any other team member. Everyone is so caring, and polite. I have labs done there often and they're very professional, and take their time and do it right the first time, not rushing to jab you in the arm a bunch of times. Anyhow, I highly recommend.

I moved here from out of state and am a new mother. I was having pains from the stress and strain of constantly carrying a child (after having had a rough pregnancy). The nurse practitioner, staff, and woman at the front desk were super kind, polite, patient, and helpful. I really felt they cared and listened well. I feel helped and well cared for by their team.

Awesome service from start to finish. I’ve had to bring my kids in for one reason or another the last six months and every provider has been patient, kind and caring. Warm atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a sterile urgent care, and the best part? You are in and out of there! Just took my daughter to get tested for strep and the process from start to finish was 23 minutes (yes, I timed it😂). This place is awesome!

I was referred to Mandy by a friend and have been coming here ever since. She is awesome. The office is always clean and neat. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. When my four children and I was sick she seen us all with no problem and a short wait. She communicates with my PCP. The kids love her. This is a great place for quick non emergency care.
