Southern Dental at Willowbrook

I feel like I found my dentist home, every staff there is amazing and so nice. I visited this location today for a tooth extraction the ladies were so kind to squeeze me in last minute and was not a long wait at all! They have been so helpful and have completely changed my experience with visiting the dentist from my prior bad experiences.

Front desk woman named Crystal told me I signed my name on the paperwork like a 3 year old. I had an appointment for 12:40pm and after waiting for an hour she refused to let me get my teeth cleaned and when I asked for her supervisor name and number she refused to provide that information, I then asked for my health information and she refused that as well.. I've been coming here for years and have never been treated this way, she was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional and all of the other dentists in the office stood by and said nothing as if they were scared of her, since she claimed to be the office manager maybe they were scared of her. I am writing this review as the granddaughter of one of your customers. I like to say is its been a pleasure working with Ms Chrystal at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing, Her customer service is 5 Star✨️. This is what real customer service & concern looks like. And Dr. White is simply the best. (WE) appreciate everything. You both went above and beyond to understand and meet my grandmother needs. 👵🏾 It was refreshing to receive amazing care and concern.

I had a 1:00 appointment today to replace my temporary crown with my permanent crown. The dentist was Dr. Piletti and the assistant was Crystal (CC). I have always been very fearful of going to the dentist for anything but for whatever reason I felt very relaxed and comfortable with these two ladies working on my mouth. I felt absolutely no fear at all and I felt no pain either. Crystal kept talking to me and made me feel relaxed. I recommend Dr Piletti, Faye and Crystal (CC) to anybody that's fearful like me. Thank y'all soo much for being soo kind to me.

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Tiffany was the best, but she isn't there anymore. I went to have a cleaning and they found all sorts of other things that needed to be done. After a year, I still haven't gotten that initial cleaning I went in for. I went in and had a temp crown put on. The front desk person was AWOL when it was time for me to schedule my follow-up. The hygienist told me to go on home and that they would call to schedule my follow-up. After a week of not hearing, I called them. When I finally went in to have the perm crown put on. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. When I finally got to work, they said that they didn't know why the front had scheduled so many clients at the same time. THEN - THEN I finally was able to schedule
