Southern Crescent Pediatrics

This can't be the same place where my kid has been going since she was 1yrs old now almost 9..when I call them they may take a min to pick up but they do..they ALWAYS see my kid when ever she sick which is often..ALL THE DOCTORS LOVE HER and take good care of her.i would say to every parent looking for a good pediatrician please form your own opinions n judgements.. cause this doc office is 100% the BEST for my family and yes my kid went to 3 places b4 age 1 and we still here I love SOUTHERN CRESCENT PEDIATRICS especially the RIVERDALE OFFICE..

The staff is very nice and helpful in office but they never answer the phone. I’ve tried calling them so many times and they just never answer the only way you really get some one to speak with you Pure luck or by visiting the office which is kind of crazy also if you leave a voicemail, they probably never call you back but the doctors there are nice and answer all your questions. The wait times are long also. I think it would be beneficial if they hired more personal to Just answer the phones so there would be more customer service satisfaction.

They NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, nor Do they ever call back after you leave a message.Front desk manager LaTonya is the best she is always professional. Their other location needs customer service training. They are rude and unprofessional. And Dr.Llama can use some training as well in Customer service.I would never bring my biological children to this office.The Riverdale office is dirty and unsanitary front office does not know what they are doing.I don't know they even stay open.

This place is very unprofessional. You set an appointment and won’t be seen until 2-3 hours after your set appointment. They also take a long time to answer their phones. Every time we come in my sons see a different doctor. They need to be more consistent

Very rude answering service! I called for an appointment and the lady didn't use proper greeting so I greeted her, then after I say I called for appointment,she says "hang up and leave a message" then hangs up in my face without giving me chance to respond or ask a question..... Awful customer service!!! I will be finding my children another office to attend with better and pleasant service!
