Avoid if you can. We are fully insured and provided insurance information to the billing department. After months of phone calls that were not answered and incompetence on their part, we were stuck with a large bill. The frustration and stress of endless calling with no response was not worth the visit. I paid the bill and will NEVER recommend or visit the clinic again. Go to a different location for your health care needs.

These folks saved my life. I was three days from death literally. I was there for @3 wks. For the circumstances I was blessed for the being there to save me and the care was superb.

I went in there having serious withdraw symptoms from a pain patch that I just started that month i was absolutely dying My whole body felt like I had restless leg i could not stop throwing up i was sweating with pins and needles ETC it was the worst thing I have ever experienced and the doctor treated me very poorly she kept on asking me what was wrong I said I think I have bronchitis because it was hard to breathe, so she raised her voice and said I think you just have the stomach flu I'm assuming she thought she was going to get a rise out of me But I was in such poor condition i could barely comprehend what she was saying and then came back into the room saying So what drug are you taking and I tried to pronounce it about 10 times and each and every time she made this disgusting look a

STARTED OUT POSITIVE WITH DOCTOR EVANS AND AUSTIN IN THE E.R. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPASSION. ANOTHER SHOUT OUT TO NURSE DENISE AND NURSE V. YOU WERE BOTH AMAZING, CARING AND SUPPORTIVE! AS FOR THE DOCTOR THAT TOLD ME MY MOM WASN'T GOING TO MAKE IT. SHAME ON YOU, AND A FEW SELECT, OTHER STAFF MEMBERS . I WAS GIVEN SO MUCH CONFLICTING MEDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT MY MOM. IT'S. LIKE YOU SAW HER AS A EIGHTY NINE YEAR OLD WOMAN WITH A BROKEN ARM AND JUST WROTE HER OFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR EXPEDITED HOSPITAL BED DELIVERY BECAUSE OF THE RURAL AREA MY MOM WAS IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM ALL CARE EXCEPT PAIN MANAGEMENT. I'M GOING TO SAY THAT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH CASE MANAGEMENT. I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT, BUT AFTER EVERYTHING, INCLUDING A REPORT TO ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES. THEY HAVE CLEARED ME BY THE WAY.
