Southend Pharmacy

I have worked with Southend for quite a while. I’ve always had great experiences with them. They have recently gone through a pretty significant change with their relocation, which caused a few hiccups, but I was very happy with how the Pharmacy handle handled this transition. Specifically, our account representative Aljay Was always available to answer questions and responded timely to any concerns or anything that we needed help with. Many times there are issues with communication but with him (Aljay) this was certainly not an issue. I gave them a double thumbs up and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Our company has an account with Southend and the Rep that has been assigned to our account has been excellent to work with! Aljay is great at communicating quickly when urgent or nonurgent needs arise. Very professional, understanding and prompt. Great to work with!

I have been using Southend now for several years and I have nothing but compliments to the pharmacy and the team. They have been extremely helpful, always return calls timely, and have made my job caring for my patients extremely easy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Southend Pharmacy, you deserve all the applause and all your flowers! Processing, filing and packaging THOUSANDS of compounded meds prescription can’t possibly be an easy task but that’s exactly what the Southend Pharm Team has done for the past 5-6 months! And continues to do so! The current turnaround time from request to door delivery is give or take 6-10 days! INCREDIBLE! If no one has told you yet- let me say, THANK YOU! Thank you for all you do for us! You’re improving health status’, you’re changing wardrobes (I’m down 3 sizes from XL to SMALL!!), you’re helping to transform lives! You handled the influx with such professionalism and grace even when others did not. I’m PROUD to support you!
