Dr. Cook is very thorough on his exams, he has a passion for helping others feel better & informative at visits. The office staff are always pleasant & proficient at getting me taken care of. I'm always able to get an appointment when needed in a pinch.

I was involved in a bad accident that totaled my car and left me in some serious pain. After just a few visits i started feeling amazingly better. The staff is well trained in what they do. There’s never a long wait and they actually make you feel at home.

I really had a great experience. The physical therapist Erin and Julie was polite and professional, Dr. Cook was down to earth and will make sure all your symptoms are understood along explaining the treatment plan. I strongly recommend if you need physical therapy or chiropractic care.I guarantee your aches and pain will stop.

Juli and Erin are amazing!! Dr. Cook has made things less stressful since my accident. But Juli and Erin make me feel at home and at ease. I couldn’t ask for a better office during this stressful time!! Would and will highly recommend!!
