My daughter was there for Physical Rehab from having a bad infection in her blood. They didn't do any physical therapy with her. All they did was put her in a very small very old room without central air or heat and fed her. That's all. She lost the movement of both legs from the infection getting into her spine after shutting down her Kidneys and even though she asked and asked and asked these nurses at Kwntwood never bathed her or washed her long beautiful hair or anything. Her son had to driven45 minutes to Kentwood and bathe his mother. Her hair was so badly knotted she may have to have it all cut off and being pentecostal her hair means alot to her and has been very long her whole adult life. These people should be ashamed of themselves and someone should do something about this place

This place needs to be shut down immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a scam for insurance money. It's old and beaten down, falling apart. The "head nurse" tried to remove my mother's PICC line in the hallway with 5+ people standing around (something that should only be done in a sterile environment with nobody in the room). They would not release medical information to the patient or caregiver. The police had to be called in order for my mom to the leave the facility. Please do not allow your loved ones to go to this place.

The visit I had previously was some better but was nowhere near 5 star. Some of the staff act like they lazy n won't half do their job. The therapist That comes seems to think that she is boss over the patients and was very disrespectful. Last but not least the food that comes from the kitchen has me wondering where in the Heck the cook learned to cook.

The staff is excellent great bed side manor the nurses the wound care nurse the physical therapist and the CNAs were all courtest and professional and Dr.Lampton is a great doctor who listens to you and helps you anyway he can. I've been in several L-Tack step down hospitals and this one ranks #1 out of all of them. Even the food is great!!! I highly recommend them to family friends and anyone who will listen get your 5 star medical needs right here take it from a patient that's been in and out of the hospital the last 3 years and I've been in several L-tacks hospitals take my advise and request SOUTHEAST REGIONAL MEDICAL Center of kentwood

This place doesn’t deserve one star. The building is collapsed in the front. The nurses are soooooooooo LAZY. Our patient is starving because of the trash food they serve. They do not provide anything to drink except a 12 ounce cup of tea. They don’t give medicine on time. The place is disgusting. I wouldn’t keep a dog here !!!!! Do not let your loved one go here !! They don’t change bed sheets for weeks . Shame on you people for calling yourselves caregivers. God will let you reap what you sow ! Karma is wide awake.
