I can't believe I discovered this hidden gem right here in my little country town. Dale Tate has given my family and I the best medical care and attention we've ever received! Dale is genuinely concerned with the health and well being of his patients. Every visit I get the same personalized treatment as I did the first day I went there! Dale's staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you are looking for a great Primary Care Physician, I highly recommend Brian "Dale" Tate.

Always get great care .. Dr Tate is very knowledgeable but if he thinks you need something else he doesn’t mind giving you a referral.. the office staff is very friendly from nurses to receptionist.

Dale and his staff provide first class care in a family atmosphere. 5 stars is not high enough for Kentwood Family Practice!

Is a good Doctor but very hard to get an appointment, even when you kids are already patient. Also you call to make a sick appointment and they said They will call back but never heard from them again...

The staff and Bryan were very attentive in addition to being on time.
