The evaluating physical therapist was extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She set up a treatment plan specifically designed for me that not only meets the requirements for my upcoming surgery, but also to set reasonable and achievable goals to provide increased strength and mobility to support me beforehand. I was able schedule an appointment quickly for the evaluation, as well as follow-up appointments. All of the staff are friendly and helpful,it is easy to find, and has ample parking available to accommodate patients with mobility issues. A small town hospital with top notch facilities ran by friendly, professional and skilled staff! A true credit to the community!

When I came to outpatient surgery on October 15th and 16th 2025, I didn't expect anything much, but I was wrong. Before the appt, they let me know by letter on what to expect that day and what to do. And on the day of the appt at outpatient surgery, they took such good care of me that I didn't feel any sharp pain in the duration of both surgery's. After the surgery, they set up additional appts to make sure I healed up ok. So even though at the time of review, I am still recovering and I had no sharp pain even though it was weird going to the hospital every day to get checked to make sure that I was doing ok and that nothing bad happened. I just had my baby a few days ago and I was treated so amazingly by the staff. They all where supportive and attentive. They made sure that I had everything I needed and where so kind. When leaving they made sure to take extra time to make sure we had the right baby and helped us with the carseat check.

I just took my son into the ER today. He was injured and hysterical. We were immediately checked in and brought back by kind, empathic staff who treated my child like a full person who had valid feelings. His treatment was handled with compassion and efficiency that blew me away. The nurses and doctors explained their care and rationale for treatment in an accessible, thoughtful way. I highly recommend anyone local to go to FM hospital. It was a wonderful experience that I hope to never have again (but I have two other adventurous kids so I'm sure we'll be back).

If I could give zero stars I would I've been a patient for 10 years and my provider finally left once my provider left they refuse to prescribe any refills. While waiting for the appointment with the new provider that they were able to schedule 2 months down the road.
