I cannot sing the praises of Concha enough! I have a sensorineural loss that I was born with, and so it requires I have more intensive hearing aids. These hearing aids are very expensive and I am low class, I can't afford hearing aids that can run me over $5,000. Concha was able to get me connected with the local Lions Club and I was accepted and was able to receive new (2021, but that's better than the 2016 ones I had!) hearing aids free of charge. They both worked together to give me the gift of hearing and being able to function in the hearing world properly. If I have any problems at all, Concha takes care of it right away. They're always willing to give me batteries as well! There is no more adept place to go to in the Lee County area than Concha, and anyone who struggles with hearing

I had been having difficulty hearing well for years, but did not realize how severe my hearing loss really was, even though everyone I communicated with was constantly having to repeat themselves. The TV had to be turned up for me, but it was so loud that the sound would drive everyone else out of the room. Also, the ringing sound I had in my ears was just something that I thought I was going to have to live with, until my wife convinced me to make an appointment with Dr. Concha. He is brilliant! After a very thorough exam, he fitted me with hearing aides that allow me to clearly hear sounds that I have not heard in years! The constant ringing in my ears has also gone away.
