Southcoast Health Urgent Care

I would like to say that everyone from start to finish were very professional and courteous. The medical assistant who treated me/and took my x-rays was very kind, sweet and professional, and the nurse practitioner who saw me today. I’m not sure what her name was. I want to say they called her a sissy, but she was full of energy kindness, caring, and very informative. I can honestly say Lakeville urgent care is one of the best visits I have ever experienced on an outpatient service. God bless you all.

First the wait was 1:30 of time. The. When we finally get into a room they started asking the same questions over and over again. Then when they finally went to test for flu they said conveniently that the test would take until 8:00 the exact time they close. Over all visit was over 3 hours would never recommend.

2nd time here and the nurse ladies are wonderful - very empathetic. Dr. Maguire was very thorough and explained everything in detail. $55 copay. Dr. Christine was very professional - got me everything I needed to fight off pneumonia. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Wait time was reasonable.

Came here for a painful rash around my eyes thinking it was a possible allergic reaction. I was seen by one of the nurses here, wish I could remember her name! She suspected it was autoimmune response and recommended I follow up with my rheumatologist. I saw my rheumatologist and she hit the nail right on the head! Sjoren’s syndrome. Nurses here are very well educated and so polite! Thanks Southcoast!

I never post reviews. The lady at the desk was dismissive and said they only do "scrapes and bruises" and told me to go to the emergency room. Both my PCP and Endocrinology offices both suggested this Urgent care to help me. Just a waste unless you have a scrape or bruise.
