Mayflower Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I went with my sister for her Surgery on a Tuesday and I wanted to genuinely Thank Dr Vega and his team, especially Kali who was the tech. She was kind and made us feel very comfortable and very informed about what was going to happen. My sister was very nervous as this was her first surgery of any kind and everyone made sure she was well cared for from reception to departure. Dr Vega communicated thoroughly and honestly with us from beginning to end, and he made sure all our questions were answered. It was well worth the wait to have him and his staff care for my sister. I was very nervous as this was my first ever surgery of any kind and I was very well cared for from reception to departure. Dr Vega communicated thoroughly and honestly with me as a patient and made sure all my questions were answered. It was well worth the wait to have him as my provider.

I had my wisdom teeth removed earlier today, and it went even better than expected. I didn't and still don't feel anything, the whole procedure was finished in just over 15 minutes, and Dr. Vega was able to remove my teeth intact, without any breakage. Him and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, I recommend you come here if you ever need oral surgery of any kind.

Awesome experiences! I have seen Dr. Vega 6-8 times and every time he has been fantastic. Great bedside manner and walking through the procedures. As much as I dislike going to the dentist, this guy and his staff are A+. Very personable and extremely patient focused. I have laughed several times with his staff - great people. Would/will highly recommend.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. Service was fine, but they provided a low ball estimate on our responsibility for payment (after insurance). After service, it was revealed that the cost was actually ~225% of the estimate with little explanation. We tried to resolve the issue directly with them in good faith. There was no accountability from the office. They were rude and dismissive. Nothing has changed with our insurance from the time of the estimate to the time of the service and billing. It is understandable for the estimate to be off, but not that substantially. Had we been provided with a remotely accurate estimate, we would not have elected one of the options. To make matters works, they added on additional fee that brought the total cost to nearly 3X what the estimate
