Southcoast Health Urgent Care

Terrible care!! I fell at my bank and was pretty sure I twisted my ankle. They finally called me back and could clearly see I could barely walk, but made no offer of a wheelchair. I went for the x-ray and she grabbed my ankle and twisted it for the x-ray. Then I got back into the room and a pa came in and said is was sprained. She left and a girl came in and wrapped it too tight. Then she gave me the worst air boot in history. Then she gave me crutches, opened the exam room door and I was on my own. I had to walk down a long hallway with crutches 2 sizes too tall..and open the waiting room door myself!! Nobody opened it and I was in extreme pain. I would have rather waited the 12 hours at the ER.

The times I have gone to this urgent care facility have been excellent. I've been taken promptly, the medical staff is very pleasant and efficient.

Fairhaven , Mill Road I’ve been going to this urgent care for roughly 5-6 years and have never had a bad experience. As a walkin ( few times) longest I waited was about 30-40 minutes, booking online I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. The nurses are all friendly courteous and professional and The Drs and PA’s are great!! They are knowledgeable professionals and have always listened to the patient and their symptoms are treated accordingly wether it be lab work, xrays etc and or medications needed. 10 out of 10 from me! I have also brought my granddaughter there in several occasions and they were awesome with her as well

I received a bite from a brown recluse spider and after 2 1/2 days of getting worse I went to South Coast urgent care. It was Sunday so I already figured there was a wait. About 90 minutes, I was reading reviews and a lot of people seem they had a bad experience. There was a male nurse that took my vitals he was very friendly and helpful. I was seen by Mary-Beth Maher again very concerned. She took her time with me and explained everything. Actually when she was done she came back in the room 3 times to make me feel comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to being discharged was very friendly. This is the second time I have been there and I think they go above and beyond to treat you. I just visited for a sprained knee. Making the appointment online was easy - easier than any of the other Urgent Care centers in our area. Everyone involved treated me wonderfully. The receptionist, the intake nurse, the physicians assistant, the X-ray tech - everyone was awesome. And I spent about an hour that with everything running smoothly and seamlessly. Well done South Coast Fairhaven Urgent Care center - you made this experience as good as it could possibly be, and I thank you for that!
