Southcoast Health Pharmacy - Fairhaven

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve had a lot of frustrating experiences with this pharmacy. I’m fortunate that I don’t have many prescriptions, so I rarely need to call—but when I do, it’s always unpleasant. The staff often seem impatient, sighing and huffing, and they make me feel like I’m a bother or don’t know what I’m talking about. I originally chose this pharmacy because I believed they would be more closely connected to my primary care provider, but I'm considering switching to one that’s more welcoming and willing to answer questions. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it helps improve the service moving forward.

Hands down the best pharmacy I've been to. I literally had almost PTSD from going to CVS in Fairhaven for years where they over charged me, were rude and changed my meds on a whim. This pharmacy goes above and beyond in customer care and answering any questions/requests you might have. I'll definitely continue being a loyal customer here.
