I have to say the service at least the urology department lacks more than I can write here. The medical employees need to understand that the industry is quite for profitable one thus their jobs is customer service as well.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I had a patient who had labs and I had some questions. over 45 minutes and I have yet to talk to a person that can actually help me. Lab mailbox is full, scheduling department doesn't answer the phone.
