Placing my grandmother at Southampton was a decision my family and I took seriously, and we’re very glad we chose this facility. From the beginning, the staff was kind, attentive, and respectful, which gave us peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time. The nurses and aides treated my grandmother with patience and compassion, and it was clear they genuinely cared about her comfort and well-being. The therapy team kept us informed about her progress and worked with her at a pace that felt supportive but effective. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere that made visits feel reassuring.

Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center customer service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained with no odors. The food is also nutrition forward. Their therapy team is supportive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in patient progress. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I recently toured Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly “Welcome to Southampton,” which immediately made me feel comfortable. The facility was clean, had no odor, and the staff were professional, polite, and welcoming. Based on what I saw, I would definitely feel confident placing my loved one here.

This is for the PT / OT DEPARTMENT. They are a great team team, with great leadership. They care about the patients and their recovery. They and encourage, knowing when to gently push and when not to. The staff are aware of how their patients are when working, understanding the patient and they limits. The staff also work with each other in salient unison when Teo work to support working patients. Compassion, teamwork, Empathy, positive focus. Them and Their work deserve more than 5 stars. Great team!

Southampton is an excellent skilled nursing facility that truly prioritizes patient care and dignity. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and professional, and they take the time to communicate clearly with both residents and families. The facility is well-maintained, and you can tell the team works hard to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. From nursing to therapy and support staff, everyone seems genuinely invested in the patient’s!!
