Dr. Nguyen is the best! I've been bringing my family here for over 15 years. He always gives us the best service and is very attentive to my whole family. We also had the pleasure of having Denise assist us with finding a pair of glasses for my daughter. She was very helpful and helped us find the perfect pair. Thank you all for helping us. Had I known that it would be a very long wait, I would have scheduled earlier or later. Walked in and there was 1 person waiting. Girl at the front desk with the rose gold glasses was very helpful and quiet while the others chattered about lunch and their weight. Unfortunately for me, 40 minutes passed by and still haven’t been called back. After about 25 minutes of waiting someone says they are backed up. It would be nice to know if they are backed up when signing in. That way you can be prepared to wait or have a choice of rescheduling. 43 minutes before getting called is absurd. After being checked by the First Lady in the small room here we are at 12:25 still waiting to see the eye doctor. An hour and 15 minutes after scheduled appointment I’m still here!
