South Texas Dental

Never had a problem with south Texas dental but now since it’s Brident dental we’ve had nothing but and unpleasant experience. Our time is very valuable. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for my husband. Went in, sat down, and the ladies were crowded in the room tripping over equipment and the X-ray machine bumped his head. All the equipment here is old and outdated. He had to move to another chair because the X-ray wasn’t working. All they did was look in his mouth and took pictures. He didn’t receive a cleaning. Their answer was “oh we don’t do that for new patients, you will need to make another appointment for that” plus another one for treatment. I called in advance while he was out of town to make the appointment for cleaning as he’s only in town for a week. We’re so upset th

Pesimo servicio la mujer de recepcion me dijo q esperara un momento y me colgó la llamada , 1 hra espere y no me volvieron a llamar ..volvi a llamar. Y la muy sinvergüenza me volvió a colgar ...asi es como tratan a sus clientes 😠.. Gracias a nosotros ( los clientes ) tu comes 😠 Un cliente menos .. Más los q recomendé 😠
