Alex at South Dental on Hampton was amazing. He assisted with the cleaning and was very informative, friendly, and patient. He explained each step clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I usually don’t like going to the dentist, but Alex made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism.

I started with this office about a month ago. I had a issue with a tooth they were able to get me an appt within that week. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Joern he was able to do a filling on my tooth that appt. I like many people have anxiety around going to the dentist. Dr. Joern was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I came back for a routine visit for X-rays and assessment. The entire staff at this office is just wonderful. They are very efficient as far as getting your appt on time they don't leave you waiting. I felt like they really cared about me and my dental health. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist I would recommend this office the staff and Dr. Joern will make you feel comfortable.

I had a HUGE phobia of going to the dentist! I actually avoided it for way more years than I want to admit. I had a medical issue and finally had to go. Found this place and it was a miracle. They are excellent. They made it so tolerable for me and I now go back every 6 months regularly!!

Personnel and Services were great but I was told several times different cost before procedures. Just received statement which I was told no fee due. Not truthful.
