South Shore Massage Therapy

Went to get a craniosacral massage with Michelle. I'm very familiar with the procedure, and have had some weird "therapists" in the past claiming to do cranial sacral while just being weird instead. Thankfully, I have finally found a legit therapist in Milwaukee! I can't say that all my aches and pains are gone after just one session, but I've purchased several more and look forward to getting my body adjusted. Michelle is chatty and friendly at the counter, but professional and concentrated during the therapy. I fluctuate between wanting to talk and staying silent during massages, but for craniosacral, I like to stay silent and concentrate (or fall asleep lol). So this was perfect. Michelle works wonders! I had been having shoulder issues where I couldn't raise my arm past a certain point for months. I assumed I was going to have to have surgery but figured I'd try massage first. Michelle used different techniques and within 2 visits, I have full movement! She's great!

I go to Michelle periodically when I have knots in my back and she's always able to work them out and I feel like a million bucks the next day.

How do I message the owner privately to discuss my experience there? What kind of business doesn't have a way to contact them besides phone? How can you say I haven't been a client there when I had one massage there for 90 minutes in the summer of 2017? Your attitude and terrible business management is why your business is terrible.
