I DO NOT RECOMMEND this medical practice. Have been coming here for years only to find out today that Britney Amato is no longer there. Mind you i was there recently for my follow-up and was not told by Britney or anyone that she would be leaving. I was given no phone call. no letter letting me know that my doctor is no longer there. I called for a prescription refill, and they absolutely refused telling me that i have to be seen. My appointment is one week away and i don't see why they refused my refill when i always make my appointments. I explained to the manager Tracy that i have a emergency situation where i am taking care of a family member and could not get to the office as i live very very far from Inwood. Dr Jonathan is very rude and disrespectful. I've been to his office multiple times when I ask questions about my health he give me an attitude. When I tell him I've had a fever for 2 days and I don't feel well he told me I was not telling the truth. I asked him for my blood results he told me he would contact me when they arrive. He never responded to me and when I asked him again how my results were he got an attitude said my iron is Low to take iron and then he walks away. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and has also happened with my mother. I will report him and his staff.

Avoid this place! Make sure they give you the right prescription because they way they run this place... So unprofessional. Unreliable staff. Rather drive an hour to a different medical center

The doctors are competent enough. But they are totally disrespectful of your time. You'll have to wait at least one hour to see the doctor. And then be sure to keep your receipt in a safe deposit box, because they will always send a bill for the copayment, enen though they make you pay before you see the doctor. Trying to double bill you.

And you wonder why you have 2.8 rating if I would've know this I would've never went to this doctor's office. They beg you for co -pays ,even tho I uselly pay I forgot my wallet at home and couldn't be seen ,they wouldn't even let me pay them next visit . That is u called for and very very very unprofessional...... .
