Cara is a wonderful massage therapist. She always starts out with asking where you might have any discomfort , checking in with you during your massage to making sure you are comfortable. Her studio is a lovely setting, very professional Love her massages.

Cara did an awesome job! She listened to me to find out what muscles were sore and focused on those. It is easy to see she cares about her customers and I would recommend her to anyone in the Red Wing/Lake City/Goodhue area who is looking for a massage.

Cara is very skilled at her profession. Cara knows when your body needs deep tissue work and when you just need to relax. I have not been able to find anyone else that has the same level of experience and quality as Cara.

I was a sceptic going in to get a therapeutic message. I had never had a message before, and Cara was extremely professional and caring. I had just had a year of "frozen shoulder" and was sore everywhere from having to compensate. I also carry my tension in my neck and shoulders so the one hour message she gave me felt like someone oiled my rusty joints and muscles. I ended up feeling boneless and more relaxed than I've ever been. This was a life-changing experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
