Mayo Clinic Store - Red Wing

I have had some issues with my machine and my 90 days to be Compliant for Medicare coverage was near. I spoke to insurance company who told me how to solve it at store. Expecting it to be a process of days was instead met with employees acting on it to resolve my issues. The gals tag teamed and helped me walk out of store within 20 minutes or so with new accessories to accommodate my needs. I had great results with the new changes to my accessories the first day. I appreciated that they understood my needs and could solve it quickly. Thank you!

I was seen by Dr. Bylander this year several times and he and his staff treated me and showed extreme care and professional conduct. Then I needed a hip replacement by Dr Johnson 2 weeks ago and that was incredible and walking around in the room hours after surgery, with PT and floor nurses and a walker. These Drs. took great care of me and they do care. Their staff were amazing as well from people at appointment desk,lab people, radiology, my room nurses, room service, anaesthesia people, surgical room staff, Brooke Benjamin PA. I have put my life in their hands and would do it again. There is a great deal of personal responsibilities one must have but these people have treated me great. Have NEVER had a good experience at this hospital. Recently gave birth to my son here. Entire pregnancy OB was awful. Was seen weekly yet every time seemed as if she didn’t remember a thing about me or my baby. After birth nurses were awful. Never have felt so low as I did the 6 days I had to stay in that place.

Never feel so disappointed and being labeled like dont know nothing because i live in a group home shame on that lady doctor.. Like she I am stupid or something. Yes I KNOW WHAT IS MRI IS WAS BORN IN BARN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
