I went for a cleaning and the lady who did my service put cracks in my front teeth while trying to drill off left over residue (glue) from my braces. Mind you my brackets (braces) were not put on by this dentist office. She took it upon herself to do this without asking and soon as I realized what she had done it was too late because the damage was already done. There was no communication or disclosure on what could happen or what she was doing. If I'm honest, I don't think she was suppose to be doing anything to my teeth other than a cleaning. So, I went back the next day to talk to the main Dr and she was worse. She accused me of cracking my own teeth and continued making accusations about me say that I must have told her to do it and that she saw no damages. Basically calling me a liar

Do not recommend. Went to the dentist today, and the dentist barely examined my mouth, used no tools and It was an odd experience. She just looked in my mouth, and said I need a cleaning when clearly I have dental issues. I honestly want to make a claim with my insurance to make sure we aren’t being charge for anything. My husband was in the waiting room and said his experience with front desk to check on me was a nightmare, and she was extremely rude. The hygienist took excessive x-rays because she couldn’t take the correct photos the first time. Didn’t even cover me to protect from exposure. I wasn’t that pleased and won’t be returning unfortunately. Love the doctors office with south plains, but don’t waste your time with the dental office.

For a little context, I have severe anxiety. I hate going into public places and I had alot of anxiety going to the dentist because I haven’t been in so long. Also, my teeth are not straight and I never got braces. I will never recommend this dentist. Talk about the WORST experience I have ever had. Front office staff rude and condescending. Asked if my husband, my legal husband, could come back with me and she kept calling him my boyfriend as a way to undermine me or something? Then I get to see the actual dentist who really needs to work on her bedside manner. Making insensitive comments about my teeth and how my parents should have done better. Asking me how I eat and function with my teeth like that, as if I don’t feel bad enough. Totally rude, and condescending. Left there feeling tot

Their dental providers are excellent. But the front-end staff are atrocious. They really need to think about letting some of those people go.

Clean, prompt care with only one week wait. The staff was courteous and kind.
