To say the least...RUDE! Very unprofessional. Treated my child and I terrible. I understand that they maybe overwhelmed with patients but that doesn't give him or his damn nurse the right to act like they are gifts from God. My child, being so young, could not even understand how people are "so mean".

My family LOVES Dr. Jackson. He is thorough, he listens, if I have a concern for my children, he knows that I know them best and takes that into consideration when something isn't right with them (also offers stickers and suckers, which my kids love), he is fast, efficient and straight forward.

Wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Only advice to a covid positive case was “call 911 if you feel bad”. I could save money and just ask my neighbor for such ridiculous advice. Refused to refer me for antibody infusion after I asked if he could claiming I did not feel bad enough.

Sat in the waiting room for over an hour, then 15 min in room for him to come in and stay 10 min and talk over us and prescribe some meds and leave

Great doctor. Very compassionate and loves what he does. Takes the time to listen. Highly recommend.
