I cannot recommend Dr. John Miller at South Philly Foot and Ankle highly enough! After weeks of frustration, multiple visits between my primary care provider’s office, and even a trip to the Jefferson ER, none of which resolved my issue, I finally found relief with Dr. Miller. What started as a small splinter turned into a drawn-out ordeal. My PCP and the ER ran several unnecessary tests (2 X-rays and a CT), yet the problem persisted. I was beginning to feel hopeless until I walked into Dr. Miller’s office. Within five minutes, Dr. Miller identified and expertly removed the splinter that had been causing me so much pain and stress. Waits of 2 hours are common. Waiting room crowded and oppressive. Rough with removing calluses. Often doesn't show up for appointments because "he's in surgery". Rescheduled my surgery after waiting 2 months, said he'd pass me on to a colleague across town. I'm glad I'll get it done by someone else, now I have a lead on an actual doctor. Don't bother.

Dr. Cuillo is one of the BEST,if not the BEST podiatrist in the city of Philadelphia. His attention to detail is on the highest level. He Is an excellent surgeon. An excellent podiatrist. And in general and all-around excellent person. As long as he's in practice I am going to be one of his patients. He's a doctor that cares.

Dr. Ciullo is an awesome person as well as a great podiatrist. He takes care of his patients properly without waiting long for the designated appointment. I 100% recommend this awesome Doctor.

Got a call from this office, they left a voicemail addressed to me reminding me of an appointment for the next day. I never made an appointment or had a prior dealing with this doctor. I called back to let them know that they called the wrong number. However, the office person on the phone asked for my name and said they must have gotten my number from a previous visit. I was astounded as to how they could have my name and number on file. This is very suspicious. Is this doctor operating some type of Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance scam?
