I am a C3-4 quadriplegic of almost 20 years. I would get a massage every five or so years from a student, but no one never stood out as making any progress on my constantly spasming and knotted upper back. Rhonda is the best. I am moving better; not hunched now. More work to be done but it's a good start over.
