This place is like that scene from Beatle Juice where he was in the waiting room and the guy shrunk his head. I was waiting for 2 hours only to get up and have to wait another hour. In total it was 4 hours before I left. Unreal.

They never answer the phone And you’ll be waiting hours for your appointment Which sucks with a toddler.
