I have no problem with the Dr..but the woman that I just spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. she argued with me continuously in such and unprofessional way. I am a business owner and I would be terribly embarrassed if one of my employees EVER spoke to a client the way she did. Shame on her. There is a way to deal with clients you don't agree with instead of yelling "excuse me " like I'm a child not listening and continued to to try to argue on anything I said

I have been seeing Dr. McLenon and his team at Advanced Urology for a number of years now. I find the entire staff to be efficient, polite and respectful. Dr. McLenon is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to relate with and would recommend any patient to this practice.

Dr. McLenan is a professional physician with over 30 years experience in the field of Urology. He takes time to listen to his patients and offers professional advice. He greets each patient warmly. Very customer friendly staff.

The office staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and caring and accommodating. Dr. McClennan is always happy but yet concerned for any issues you might have and he’s a pleasure to work with for your troubles.
