Meadowbrook Care Center

My dad was discharged today after a brief stint for IV antibiotics and rehab. I would like to thank the nurses on 1A Marie Phonor, Ms. Tray and Annabella. They were very compassionate and helpful. My dad has nothing but great things to say about them. I would also like to thank rehab for their diligence and hard work. Also, Jennifer from discharge planning. She made the discharge process super easy and was very helpful. Thank you all for an easy transition from hospital to rehab to home. Great work!

Wonderful and clean place. As soon you enter, the security it’s better than any other facilities or even fancy residential buildings. The greeting of EVERY Nurse or Staff are fantastic making you feel welcomed. Very friendly environment and quiet. Even the patients are happy! Gorgeous cafe area and dinning. Elevators make you feel in style, I almost forgot was in a rehab place. Also, well decorated walls with up to the date information. Thank you for been fantastic!

We just left MCC after visiting our dear friend on his first evening at MCC for short term rehab. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. We left so reassured that he is in good hands on 2B. Looking forward to seeing his progress with physical therapy. First impressions matter!! Keep up the great work!

So much more than I’d expected. My 90 y/o mother needs rehab for her legs to regain mobility. The level of care, pt and gentle reassuring help from the staff has been stellar. I am so impressed with the level of care. It makes a tough reality much easier for our family. Keep up the great work everyone!

Recently my dad was hospitalized with the flu and upon discharge needed rehab to strengthen his legs. We have already been to sevral facility's none of which would we want to return to. With a recommendation from a neighbor we chose Meadowbrook Care Center. Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted by Ashley followed by a team of skilled and professional nurses and caregivers. During his stay he was tended to by Annebella, Lorelef and Jonathan as well as a wonderful team of caregivers, all extreamly professional and compassionate. The rehab by far was the best Ive seen thanks to Alex. He worked with my dad and gave him not only great exercises but motivation and confidence in himself to be able to walk.
