The staff was professional both friendly, and very helpful from start to finish both Angie And Mariah very helpful as well The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained my treatment options, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The office was well organized and the overall process was smooth. I truly appreciate the quality care Im receiving and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of orthopedic treatment

I’ve seen Dr. Farakh, Dr. Peacock, and Dr. Zillies, and they are all excellent, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen. The office staff makes every visit a pleasure. Ms. Maria, Ms. D, Ms. Karen, and Ms. Angie and the full staff are always helpful, kind, and extremely professional. Their professionalism and work ethic are on point, and they always go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. Stay away from this office!! I went to this office once to see a provider. My insurance was presented to them, not once did they say they were not in network let alone give paperwork stating there was a waiver for services provided. Call NUMEROUS TIMES no one calls you back. Spoke to their office manager Rob he indicated their billing manager would call me to discuss. She never did. Multiple times calling finically spoke to billing manager Betsy she claims since I was put in collection for me to pay their cost. I only received one bill which I had called and spoke to the office. I was told by the receptionist that she spoke to the office manager and bill was waived initially. Then to get a. Collection notice in December. They have never once reached out to fix this issue. I went here when I hurt my shoulder at work. I was given a REVERSE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. The doctor there gave me a 20%. SLU for the shoulder. So low, the IME gave 29% and the insurance company argued to use the evaluation from the doctor there instead of their own IME!!!! The shoulder replacement lasted less than 3 + years and BROKE!!! Moreover, judging from these guidelines, it's like the doctor there bragging that the operation improved my ability to throw a curve ball from before the injury or something... I wouldn't trust that place further than I could throw it for a matter involving insurance issues... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really nice and professional staff. The NP Susan is extremely nice and very attentive. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and responds in a pleasant and clear way for one to understand. Waiting time is minimal and the appointments are not too far out. I highly recommend this office for your Orthopedic needs. The entire staff is excellent!
