South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

I have been in south mountain rehab for a few weeks ans they have taken great care of me while I have been here. Everyone here goes above ans beyond. They keep the rooms nice and clean. Rehab did great job with my rehab. Management is very involved in making sure everything is running efficiently.

Awesome recreation staff representative, staff very attentive and receptionist super. Was there during meal time and understood why resident would not eat the food. Noodles looked undercooked, veg unrecognizable meat disappointing . I hope the facility reviews and enhance the meal time offerings. Perhaps a honest assessment can be made by the staff if they actually ate The food and simulated situations where they play the patient to experience what it feels like. This is very important when so many that a resident may have very little to look forward to. The facility was clean

I found that the reception was very inviting to check-in process was extremely easy. And once I actually entered the facility to go to the room to visit with my person that everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful in getting me to the room where I needed to go to once I was there. I found that the room was very clean and bright. Although some of the furnishings could stand to be updated, but other than that, the overall experience met my expectations.

First of all the place is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. Instead of the therapy, this place actually felt more like a vacation spot. They took very good care of my mother in law. It was an excellent experience.

I have been at South Mountain for several weeks and my experience has been very good. My therapists explained my treatment plan and very patient and understanding. When I came in, my biggest was challenge was getting to walk again and after couple of weeks, I was able to walk now. The rehab staff was good. Aga my PT was crazy good and she kept me on point. I would highly recommend this place.
